We have a beautiful hiking day along rivers and small villages in this Gruyere Cheese Region. Plan on hiking via Chateau-d’ Oex. Since our next day will begin in L’ Etiva, I tried to find a place to stay there, but we will have to take a bus or hike down and overnight at Fleurs des Alpes in Les Mosses and enjoy a lovely local dinner cooked for us.
